Personal information submitted to the ASCON-IEEChE 2020 is only used for managing of the members' activities, such as listing attendances to the ASCON-IEEChE 2020, e-mailing and sending the conference materials to them through the website. Personal information submitted to the ASCON-IEEChE 2020 is handled appropriately within the scope of the purpose of use and will not be disclosed to any third party unless specifically required by law.

• The Items of Required Personal Information

Members of the ASCON-IEEChE 2020 are divided into Korean Members and Overseas Members.
Name, Title, Affiliation, Country, ID (e-mail), Password

• Possession and Usage Period

While receiving services provided by the ASCON-IEEChE 2020, your personal information will be retained and used by the ASCON-IEEChE 2020 only. If requested for withdrawal, your personal information will be deleted at the same time of the membership withdrawal.
